Dry Cargo Chartering
We fix tonnage against the cargo rather than the other way round, matching the parcel, the load port and the laycan to the right ship on the day.
- Handysize to Capesize
- Voyage and time charters
- Laytime and demurrage
SeaX We charter the ship and run the voyage.
Dry bulk, breakbulk and project cargo, from the load port through to final delivery.
Dubai, United Arab Emirates
A chartering desk built around one thing: cargo that arrives when it was promised.
SeaX Logistics works out of Dubai. We are deliberately small: the person who fixes the ship is the person who follows the voyage. Owners and charterers deal with one counterpart from negotiation through to discharge, and the operations line is answered whatever the hour is at the load port.
We fix tonnage against the cargo rather than the other way round, matching the parcel, the load port and the laycan to the right ship on the day.
Heavy equipment, steel constructions, oversized parcels and regulated goods, with the survey work, permits and escort tonnage each of them needs.
One desk across the whole chain, from origin through transit to destination, so a delay on one leg is absorbed before it becomes a delay on the next.
From a single parcel on a Handysize to a chartered vessel with inland legs at both ends.
Position reports, weather routing, port line-ups, documents moving ahead of the ship. None of it is visible from the quay, and all of it decides whether the cargo lands on time.
We come back with tonnage, terms and a realistic view of the schedule.
